Sustainable Prospects // Week Two // Reflection

October 28, 2019 in Sustainable Prospects

This week we have been looking at different paths you can take as a photographer and in the photography industry. For the last ten years or so I have been producing work that touches on a variety of styles such as, fine art, documentary, and more recently the commercial sector. I have gained valuable experience from each and have a broad understanding of what each avenue has to offer professionally as well as personally.

As I think of my work moving forward and as I reflect on what I want in my profession I find myself continually called to the fine art documentary sector. I find this style and type of work more fitting, exciting, and inspiring, but would never want to close myself off to other opportunities.
